Dresslink Spring Wishlist*

Spring is finally here, and with that comes cuter clothes (in my opinion).  I have selected some of my favorites from Dresslink for Spring.  The best thing about all of these is that they are super inexpensive.  They are all under $10.
The first one has a popsicle print, which is adorable.  It is also great to transition into summer.  The second top is very similar to a top that I already own, except mine is long sleeve.  I love it and wear it all the time.  It would be great to have one with short sleeves.  Rompers and dresses are usually what comes to mind when I think about Spring fashion.  I just love how these look.  Rompers are probably my favorite clothing item for warmer weather.  They are so effortless, like a dress, but allow you to move around more.
I have linked all of these items below the pictures, in case you would like to check them out.  There are also a lot of other items from Dresslink that I like.

Easter in White

Dress: Topshop
Hat: Forever 21
Boots: Forever 21
Bunny Ring: Forever 21

Happy Easter to everyone!  I am so excited that it is finally Spring.  This year for Easter I am just basically doing the same thing I do most holidays, going to my Grandma's house, hanging out with my boyfriend, and eating Easter candy.  I love wearing a dress on holidays because I think that they are so fun to wear.  I totally understand the more popular desire to dress casual.  However, I think that if you don't want to wear a dress for holidays, then when would you ever wear one? I usually take every opportunity that I have to wear a dress.  They just make life a tad more exciting.  They are also pretty effortless because you don't have to worry about matching two separates together.  This one is from Topshop and i'm really loving it so far.

Textured Skirt

Top: Forever 21
Skirt: Topshop
Sunglasses:  ZeroUV
Earrings: Forever 21
Boots: Pink & Pepper

When I was in California a few months ago I went shopping at The Grove in LA.  I really needed a black skirt for a top that I brought.  I forgot to pack the skirt that I had in mind.  I found this one in the clearance section at Topshop.  At first I didn't really like it that much but the more I looked at it, the more it resonated with me.  It reminds me on Zenon for some reason and I just think it's really different.  It feels kind of futuristic!  Plus, it was only like $5.  I can't wait to wear it next Fall, because I feel like the fabric is perfect for chilly weather.

Cocomelody Bridal*

Cocomelody is an online bridal store that sells beautiful dresses at an affordable price point.  There are tons of different dresses to choose from.  They offer pretty much every style you could ever want.   They even sell less traditional colors, which are pretty popular right now.  Although I won't be getting married anytime soon, I know a lot of people that are.  It's always good to have options if you are on a tight budget and can't afford a designer dress.  These are less than half the price, without sacrificing style.

Cocomelody offers a wide variety of backless dresses or dresses with pretty back detail.  Here you can find that selection of backless wedding dresses.  I have picked some of my favorite dresses from this category.  All of them have a lot of detail with embellishment or lace.  I know that low-back wedding dresses are very on trend at the moment.  I especially love the ones that have the sheer back with the flowers and beading.

What is most exciting about open back wedding dresses is the price.  They are all marked down significantly. Many of them are 30%-70% off right now!  You can spend some extra money from your wedding budget on something else if you can save on a dress.  Cocomelody is a great store to check out for your memorable day.

St. Patrick's Day in Chicago

Blouse: Lauren Conrad
Leather Front Leggings: H&M
Jacket: New Look
Boots: Steve Madden
Purse: New Look

To celebrate Saint Patrick's Day this year, I went to Chicago for the parade and dying of the Chicago River.  The celebration is the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day.  I have never been before, even though I live really close to Chicago.  I wanted to see it at least once before I move away.  I've seen the green river a few days afterwords a couple of times, but I've never seen it this bright.  I am  surprised by how bright they can get it.  I don't usually even celebrate Saint Patrick's Day.  I am about 1/4 Irish, though.  I wanted to wear green but not in an obnoxious, tacky way.  I chose to wear this blouse by Lauren Conrad.  It's the mint green color of a Shamrock Shake from McDonalds.

Brocade Floral Skirt

Turtleneck: Derek Heart
Shoes: Report

This skirt is a new addition to my Etsy Shop, Blossom Brigade.  I haven't made any new clothing items in a while but I am planning on making a lot more.  I am in love with the design on this brocade fabric.  I designed the skirt to be A-lined, but have a bit of a more narrow fit.  It's really great for casual and dressy days.  You can buy this skirt in my shop.  I have three available, one small, one medium, and one large.  I regret not making one for myself.

The Softest Sweater

2:57:00 PM Andrea Ryan 8 Comments

Jeans: Forever 21
Shoes: Report
Purse: H&M
Necklace: H&M
Sunglasses: Zero UV

The last couple of weeks I have been doing a lot of clearance shopping.  I got a couple of these things from H&M.  My necklace, purse, and sweater are all from there and were on clearance.  This sweater is probably my favorite sweater from this winter.  It is the prettiest light sea foam green color.  It is also the softest sweater that I have ever owned! I have been wearing it so much.  I really love the high-neck style, too.  I decided to pair it with all gold accessories (except my glasses).  Ideally I would have worn this with boyfriend or girlfriend style jeans but I don't own any.
